At Nikishinluxe, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, delivery times, and related matters.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • Standard Shipping – Delivered within 7–12 business days.

  • Express Shipping – Delivered within 3–7 business days (additional charges apply).

  • Overnight Shipping – Available in select regions (contact support for details).


3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders (threshold may apply, displayed at checkout).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Selected International Locations (shown at checkout)

Note: Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to restrictions.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s system.

  • You can track your order directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days (depending on chosen method).

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (varies by country).

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.


7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately at infonikishinluxe@gmail.com.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the package and product within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.


9. Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on availability and warehouse location.
