At Nikishinluxe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains our procedures, eligibility, and steps for returning or exchanging products.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The item includes all original tags, labels, and accessories.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

We will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Important: Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective items.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size or color issues (subject to availability).

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in processing or shipment, and returns will follow the standard return process.
