  4. Ship the Return: Use the provided return shipping label to send the product back to us. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned items.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
